5G Bandwidth Efficiency

This explains how 5G uses Frequency Bandwidth more efficiently. A short video to show how 5G channel bandwidth and a quick comparison against LTE.

Basically, in low and mid-bands (FR1), 5G typically can use up to 100MHz as a single carrier while in High-Band (mmWave FR2), 5G can easily aggregate 400MHz or 800MHz!
